Jai Pali Rockwool Panel System consists of prefabricated composite sandwich panels with high-density Rockwool, converted to Lamellar form as the core, and profiled or plain color-coated Galvanised Steel or Galvalume Steel sheets as facings on both sides.
These panels use fibrous Rockwool as the core material for excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, with color steel plates as the outer layers. The system comes complete with joint sealants and fixing ancillaries, offering durable and fire-resistant solutions for various industrial and commercial applications.
These panels are available with a concealed fixing system for building cladding and with profiled sheets for roofing and wall applications. Additionally, flat panels with tongue-and-groove joints are offered for hot room construction such as turbine generator rooms, DG set enclosures, dryers, ovens, and more. The panels feature a high-strength vesicant bond between the Rockwool core and surface layers, ensuring enhanced fire safety, heat retention, and soundproofing.
