Jai Pali Crimp/Curved sheets represent a creative roofing solution featuring both vertical and horizontal crimping options. These sheets are not only aesthetically pleasing but also offer enhanced structural strength, making them a favorite among structural designers. Supplied in custom lengths, the crimping adds economy by allowing maximum purlin spacing up to 4 meters, thereby reducing structural steel costs.
Available in concave and convex shapes with flats and angles, Jai Pali Crimp/Curved sheets provide versatility and design freedom for both industrial and domestic buildings. They come in the same colors as the main building sheeting, using PPGI and PPGAL steel. The sheets have a minimum inside radius of curvature of 350mm and can be curved up to three-quarters of a full circle to ensure proper side overlap. The maximum length of Jai Pali Hi-Rib sheets can be curved up to 12 meters with a maximum height of 2.3 meters at the center. The maximum permissible straight distance between two curves is 6 meters.
These sheets offer absolute design freedom with significant cost savings in construction, requiring less supporting framework for parapets and roofs, reducing or eliminating many flashing and capping elements, and needing less cladding material to cover a given curve.

Flashings, Ridges, Gutters, Down Spouts, Copings, Roof Expansion Joint Covers and Trims are produced from the same material (Base metal, thickness, substrate coating, paint finish and color) as of the metal sheet of the building. Precision engineered, factory finished accessories as per site conditions are supplied. All accessories are available in any size in division of 1220 mm overall width and in length upto 2500 mm.
